Our client, a well-established company in the region is looking for a Senior Corporate Governance Analyst; the desired candidate must have a Masters Degree in Business Administration /Strategic Planning or equivalent, with 8 years relevant experience. The incumbent will be responsible for making new corporate initiatives related to the companys image and processes. Other responsibilities include key process mapping, periodical reviews, compilation and follow-up of issues/recommendations from committees/teams, database management, change management, post implementation review and reporting of projects and initiatives, management retreat, stakeholders surveys and feedbacks, facilitation of corporate workshops and internal culture improvement.
