A leading international bank with strong presence in the Middle East and emerging markets is looking for candidates for the post of Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Work experience of minimum 10 years in relationship management where sustained growth has been continually achieved.
> Should possess excellent skills in managing complex relationships and dealing with credit seniors within the Bank.�
> Should be able to work with international relationship directors to deliver in-country expertise to their operations in the UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Actively target and develop relationships with Multi National Companies in the region
> Manage and sustain a portfolio of large multi national companies and subsidiaries operating in the UAE.
> Build long term relationships with sustainable growth in revenues.
> Conduct strategic reviews with customers to assess their future financing needs and align the Bank’s products accordingly.�
> Identify opportunities with existing customers and solicit new relationships�
> Maintain consistent dialogue with RDs at parent and subsidiary level.�
> Frequent calls on existing and prospective customers�
> Ensure satisfactory audit rating for his/her portfolio.�
> Research, create and follow up a target list for potential new business.�
> Determine the products that are most effective in meeting customers’ needs�
> Gather all the required information that is needed to prepare and assess credit applications.�
> Manage customer complaints and address these to mutual satisfaction of customer and the Bank.�
> Control the quality of the portfolio, using available triggers and adherence to Risk management guidelines and policies.
> Determine key messages, e.g. agreed service standards, negotiated pricing, relationship team contact points and new product changes, deciding upon the most appropriate communication method�
