Job description
• run the project on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors
• Intimately understand the requirements of the project and ensure that work proceeds on-spec
• coordinate designers, coders, service providers and clients
• checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work;
• overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction;
• agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;
