Job description
-Withdraw the analytics from the 'Strategic Facts Base' and develop alternate strategy directions for Group and Sectors development
-Map the Group's strategic internal advantages and disadvantages against the strategy options
-Map the Group's core values / culture against the strategy options
-Evaluate the feasibility and impact of addressing the issues (strategic internal disadvantages, core value impediments) that mitigate against the most economically attractive options
-Prepare the Strategy Review Report
Qualifications
Education:
-1st degree from a leading university
-Post-graduate qualification in business studies is a plus (e.g. MBA)
Experience(s):
-7 years multi-disciplinary business experience after 1st degree
-3 years experience in strategic development activities in a strategy consultancy or in a strategy / planning function with a major corporate
Professional Qualifications or Certifications:
-Evidence of care and attention to continuing professional development (e.g. Certified post-graduate studies from leading institutions)
