Required Compensation and Benefits Head to be worked in Dubai, UAE
Job Details:
-Monitor the effectiveness of existing regional/local Compensation and Benefits policies, guidelines and procedures
-Provide advice to regional/local management staff on Compensation and Benefits matters
-Oversee the Compensation and Benefits surveys to ensure the objectives are achieved
Requirements:
-Degree in Business Administration/HR/Finance or any relevant field
-Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
-Experience in managing and coaching people is a must
-Experience in handling projects is a must
-Strong interpersonal, multitasking and analytical skills
-Fluency in English is a must, German and Arabic is an advantage
