A leading international bank urgently requires a Business Analyst to work in Bahrain.
Requirements:
> Applicants should be a University degree holder in Banking / Finance or related.
> Applicants with additional professional certifications in IT highly preferred.
> Work experience of minimum 3 years in similar role is needed.
> Should possess experience and knowledge of end to end IT project life cycles.
> Should be familiar with standard banking business processes in the GCC.
> Need strong knowledge of activity planning, Central Bank regulations and Unix technology.
Responsibilities:
> Analyze, document and propose solutions for complex business.
> Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain approvals on the specifications.
> Support functions and prepare functional specifications.
> Manage day to day change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
> Analyze and document business processes and involve end users in all the project phases.�
> Generate periodic progress reports comparing progress against outstanding milestones, resource requirements and risks.
> Document the systems and functional processes to enable new comers to understand the system.
