REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a High school diploma holder.
> Should possess excellent skills in MS-Office applications.
> Should possess excellent knowledge of SAP PS ONE and reports in the business warehouse.
> Need good skills in documentation and archiving systems.
> Should be familiar with resource planning tools like MORE, MS Project and Site Handler.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Ensure that project performance is correctly reflected in the varying systems such as ONE and Site Handler.
> Ensure that the planned project end date in MUS/CBS/ONE is correct and reviewed on a regular basis.
> Ensure that all supplier invoices are received and booked, and close-out supplier contracts.
> Estimate the cost, duration and workforce requirements for each work package, using historical data.
> Update the planned revenue of the respective sales order based on inputs from PSP/CPM.
