A major aquaculture company in Jazan province urgently requires qualified and experienced�
individuals for the post of Cost Engineer.
Requirements:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
> Work experience of at least 5 years in construction field is necessary.
> Should be experienced in costing and quantity calculations.
> Fluent communication skills in English is needed.
> Should possess skills in computer software such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
> Preference to applicants from Saudi Arabia.
Duties:
> Observe the project cost.
> Formulate program of works/cost to complete.
> Assisting construction supervisors in the field.
> Preparation of :
* monthly progress reports.
* construction drawings using AutoCAD 2006 or 2008.
* necessary documents (SRS, PR) for requirement parts, consumable and construction materials.
* contractors' payment certificates.
* tender documents.
* bill of quantities.
