JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements: 

#Applicant must be a Qualified lawyer with exposure to banking and finance transactions. 

#At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry in the GCC. 

#Strong communication skills in English as well as Arabic. 

#Bahraini nationals preferred. 

Responsibilities: 

-Prepare legal documentation for various transactions. 

-Ensure the compliance with local laws and regulations and identify potential risks. 

-Review legal documents and contracts with other parties.
