Job description
He should be able to handle a team of Engineers and Technicians to service the Warranty and Annual maintenance contracts of products such as air-conditioners, refrigerators, chillers, kitchen & laundry equipment, Electronic items such as LCD TVs, DVD Players, Microwave ovens, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
He must be heading the Service function at least for the last five years in a large dealership of Electronics and Home Appliances including Range of Air-conditioners/Refrigerators.
He should be technically strong and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with customers and work on fast response timings is important.
