Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional with extensive experience working with Apple Macintosh computers. You will be responsible for:
• Managing five Mac labs, Mac print stations and Mac servers - installation, maintenance and integration to the University's networks.
• Providing complete Mac system support for faculty and students using Mac desktops and laptops.
• Providing full technical support to faculty to facilitate the running of academic courses in the Mac labs.
• Providing training on Mac equipment and systems to faculty, staff and students.
Profile:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in IS, CIS, CS, IT or EE/CS.
• Approximately five years’ experience working with Apple Macintosh computers.
• Experience working in an academic or in a high-tech environment preferred.
Education: Basic - Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
