A cosmetics company, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager. You will lead and motivate the retail team, achieve retail and net sales budgets for the country, establish and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors, contribute to and execute PR and marketing events. The successful applicant must have 3 - 5 years of relevant sales or retail operations experience, preferably in the cosmetics/luxury or FMCG business and ability to manage a budget and previous experience with P&L documents.
