Job description
You are responsible for projects through out its life cycle. You will be focal point or one window operation for the Projects for matrix management of various project resources for construction in an integrated project team (IPTs).
Also refer project office (item 4-2-1-6) Scope of Works document for Management Services Consultancy
Advising on, and assist with, preparation of periodic reports on the overall performance and progress of the Program and Projects.
Project Management Office Consultancy (PMOC)
Advising on the resources needed to carry out tasks relevant to the program management functions (in coordination with the HR Division)
Qualifications
Civil or Structural Engineering Degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position, with a Program/ Project Management Certification.
experience in Project Management of bridges, tunnels, roads and buildings with good track record
Government experience preferred
Project Management Skills including
Project Integration, Management & Coordination, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Communications, and Project Risk Management.
