Job Details:
Responsibilities:
*Maintain and monitor the development of works on site as per the project programme.
*Ensure all specifications are followed and that materials ordered are followed up on.
*Ensure the Supervisors and Foreman have a daily task breakdown to carry out and maintain a record of works.
*Liaison with all internal and external subcontractors (on progress deliveries and any site delays) as well as with the Project Engineer/Manager of the stated tasks is also required.
Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the fit-out field
*Basic knowledge of gypsum installations, screed, plaster, block works, painting, and tiling. *MEP knowledge will be a plus factor
*Computer literacy (Word, Excel, AutoCAD (read only) and Microsoft project).
*Valid UAE driving license
