Minimum Requirements: Knowledge of modern CCGT power station operation and maintenance. Ability to identify training needs and design/ deliver/ evaluate training. Candidate must have a diploma or related degree in the relevant field. Safety related qualification to NEBOSH standards or equivalent, training related qualification to certificate level or similar experience. Role: The Training Engineer will be responsible for managing the delivery of training of all staff and maintain technical documentation. Reporting to the technical Manager, the incumbent will be a self starter with the ability to maintain high levels of focused drive and energy who can communicate effectively to change behavior and facilitate the achievement of shared understandings.
