REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a B.S. degree holder in Civil / Building Engineering.
> Work experience of 3 to 5 years in the post of C&S engineer is essential.
> At least 1 year of experience should be in purchasing in construction field of Oil and Gas industry.
> Need excellent skills in MS-Office.
> Should be experienced in SAP
> Applicants having GCC experience highly preferred
> Having C&S and Procurement experience will be beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Performing the placement and management of purchase orders.
> Scheduling and availing parts required to meet production schedules
> Negotiating with vendors for the best possible price and delivery date of parts needed for production
> Work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure proper supplies arrived
> Managing supplier performance and ensuring satisfactory contract performance is maintained and developing new supply sources where vendors are inadequate
> Integrating activities with internal customers and suppliers to fulfill contract requirements
> Participating in supply base development, evaluations, supplier performance reviews, and improvement activities
> Duties include :
* developing supplier work statements.
* soliciting supplier proposals.
* establishing negotiation parameters.
* developing supplier strategies.
* negotiating terms and conditions.
* establishing unit pricing.
* ordering and scheduling of production first articles.
* maintaining current contractual instruments.
