Responsibilities 
- Develop applications in the most optimal & cost
effective manner
- Analyze requirements and change requests to 
develop functionalities accordingly
- Participate in writing software specification 
documents with the coordination of the Development

- Implement Development Tasks:
- Participate in database design
- Participate in software design (architecture)
- Write code for development tasks
- Perform code analysis
- Perform unit testing
- Refactor / optimize code
- Review code
- Integrate code changes
- Conduct researches & do proof of concepts
- Perform software releases on staging and 
production environments 

skills:
•ASP.NET & C# Web Applications
•Multi-tier Architecture, OOP and UML
•SQL Stored Procedures, ADO and ADO.net
•Advanced experience in XML, XPath and XSL
•XML Web Services & .Net Remoting
•HTML, JavaScript and DHTML Programming is a plus
•STRONG Software Architecture & Design skills
•previous experience in implementing Microsoft Share 
Point 2007 and BizTalk Server.
Bachelor or Master degree in the IT field
MCTS Certification preferred
Minimum yrs of experience: 3 yrs in .NET development 
and Database Modeling
