NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER 
(Electronics/ Home Appliances / Air conditioning)




Responsibilities 

• 
Control & supervise Electronics. Home Appliances and Air-conditioning Service and Spare Parts operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure 
customer satisfaction. 


Qualifications & Experience 

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Refrigeration & Air-conditioning or Electronics) 

• Minimum 5 years experience in managing service center (s). 

• Experience in spare parts inventory management. systems and procedures. 

• Strong commitment towards customer service and history of successfully meting set benchmarks of various customer service parameters 

• Fluency in English and Arabic 

• Knowledge of computers will be an added advantage
