JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

*Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

*Preferably 10-15 years of experience in GCC or minimum 6 years in Saudi Arabia

*Ability to make accurate quantity surveys and to estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors work.

Responsibilities:

•Ensure quality work that compiles with plans and specifications.

•Project planning and scheduling.

•Control and monitor construction activities.

•Represent company in project meetings with project owner and design engineers.

•Manage financial aspects of project.
