�Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor's / Diploma's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science).
* five years of experience in the same field of HSE in the construction project (Power/ Energy)
* Very Good in English - Spoken and Written (+ Arabic is preferable)
* Knowledge of (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, first aids) Certification is plus.
Job Responsibilities
* Implement the HSE functions instruction at site as per company's / Project's HSE plan.
* Participate in the internal audits
* Implementing emergency procedures.
* Participate in delivering site safety induction courses for the new staff.�
* Participate in safety accidents and incidents investigations.
* Performs inspections and provide the support or alert the project team of any potential problem or hazard.
