Job Description:
A Middle East based Islamic Banking organization is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join its dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate has to assist the Senior Recruitment Manager to oversee and direct recruitment activities in securing qualified, experienced and suitable candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment materials designed to attract the best potential candidates as per the bank's needs.
• Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
• Prepare employment offer letters and contract of employment in coordination with Personnel Department in compliance with the Labour Laws.
• Prepare the departmental recruitment budget, monitor expenses and adhere to the budget
• Build on existing systems to create HR tools including job descriptions, competency profiles and appointment letters to improve efficiency and develop uniformity across the organization.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, ideally MBA in HR.
• A minimum of five years experience in similar capacity within the Human Resources Recruitment discipline in a bank in the GCC, with a large exposure and experience of high volume recruitment from various parts of the world.
