Key Accounting Manager
Job Purpose
-Responsible for planning and implementing all strategies of Pharma. and Commercial business required for managing and growing GSK business in UCP, Pharmaoverseas, EPTC, Sofico , Multipharma , New Pharma , MEC , EIMC , Ramco and Ibn Sina through organizing sales force activities to ensure objective achievements in line with the company’s objectives and resources plans.
-Responsible for the sales analysis for all products per distributor and calculation of incentives for each distributor on monthly and quarterly basis.
Responsibilities
-Manage all the activities related to wholesaler’s branches aiming at maximizing services and performance to the pharmacies and hospitals.
-Manage the storage capacity, down loading time, in and out delivery to all branches (UCP, POS , ISPH, EPTC, MEC & Multipharma ). Managing and determining the level of inventory in the main warehouse and in all branches at the beginning of each month to meet pharmacies & hospitals demands. Planning of the replenishment orders needed on monthly basis to maintain the optimum balance according to their contracts and GSK future forecast.
-Follow-up and control the delivery received by all wholesalers’ main warehouses, and ensure delivery process in line with GSK policies and procedures.
Provide the Sales Directors of both Parma and Commercial divisions with all information related to (historical , current sales data, inventory, receivable & feedback) and also forecasting next year sales plans and targets all wholesalers.
-Assist in preparing the required sales action plan, to ensure the achievement of the set sales targets in line with the total company objectives. In preparing monthly and YTD sales analysis reports and any required wholesaler’s sales& stock report.
-Assure to- market sales achievement to all wholesalers according to their contracts and the future forecast.
