Job Requirements:
> Applicants should be a graduate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
> Work experience of at least 20 years is required.
> 5 years of experience should be in a similar position with a contracting company.
> Should have an ea with techno - commercial exposure to high rise buildings and hospitality projects.
Job Responsibilities:
> Professionally managing company's resources.
> Liaising with external agencies like Suppliers, Sub Contractors, Consultants, Clients and various statutory authorities etc.
> Accountability for business development.
> Directing long term growth vision of the Business Unit.�
> Successfully executing contracts with keen focus on Systems and processes, very high safety and quality standards.
> Simultaneously executing several projects.
> Ensure satisfactory delivery of projects.
