A leading investment firm in Bahrain is seeking for a Qualified and experienced Senior HR Manager. All the applicants should be CIPD qualified. Work experience of minimum 6 years in a similar role within financial services sector is required. Should possess good knowledge about Bahrain employment and other relevant legislation. Need the ability and willingness to work within an International banking environment and a matrix structure.
Key Duties :
> Recruitment,selection,training and development.
> Resolve disciplinary and grievance issues.
> Performance management.
> Complete annual market surveys and review compensation.
> Ensure market competitiveness.
> Day to day operations including HR & Administration functions according to Bahrain labor law.
