Job Description:
Leading Telecoms Company requires an IT Systems Administrator to participate in activities related to the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Control and ensure efficiency and timeliness of the section’s operations in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support mediation between various parties to ensure that the plans are aligned to IT expectations and that capacity requirements are supported.
• Participate in the achievement of the IT Infrastructure Section’s objectives by performing and supporting various design and implementation related activities.
• Support IT capacity Work on the system and processes for development of the RA-FMS IT support to business.
• Ensure compliance on systems and frameworks and perform data integrity as well as load performance checks on the systems.
• Participate in planning, designing and implementation of the company’s IT infrastructure requirement based on global and industrial best practice and trends.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or BE, from a recognized university.
• Good understanding of the RA-FMS (Revenue Assurance and Fraud Control).
• Fluent English (Read, write and speak).
• SQL proficiency with an understanding of Risk management systems, ideally with exposure to Connective / Naira.
