Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a global leader in the oil
industry, we are recruiting IT Professionals to work
as IT Helpdesk Analysts in their Middle East head
office in Dubai.
As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be expected to act as
the first point of contact for all IT related issues for
the company’s employees across the Middle East,
Africa and Europe.
The successful applicant will have a Computer
Engineering Degree and must be fluent in both
written and spoken English / French.
The work will be in 9-hour shifts covering hours
from 8AM - 11PM.
The work week is 5 days with a 2-day weekend.
