Job Description:

A leading Retail Group seeks to hire a Training Manager to be based in Dubai. Ideal candidate will be a Graduate, with Eight to ten years of extensive experience working within the learning and development industry. You will be responsible for the identification, design, delivery and assessment of ROI on all the trainings which include NVQ, soft skills trainings, product trainings, orientation and leadership development plans. Key tasks would involve planning learning & development strategies, giving direction to trainers and preparing training budgets. Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
