Job Description:
Responsible for conceiving of and delivering on a training and development policy and strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the company. Plans, supervises and implements the overall training and development programs for NDC. Includes planning and administering training courses, supervising the preparation and arrangement for courses, instructional and educational materials and training venue. Supervises the maintenance of training and development records.
Profile:
B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent degree. b) 8 years� broad experience in Training & Development c) Knowledge of and experience with multiple learning delivery channels. d) Fluency in English and Arabic. e) Must be computer literate.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
