Job description
• Manage and support the Office of the Managing Director
• Liaise with clients
• Provide administrative support such as schedule management, travel arrangements, agenda preparation, meeting organization and other support tasks including various special projects
• Keep track of the Managing Director’s affiliations and memberships
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree from a reputed university
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
• At least 5-7 years of relevant administrative/secretarial experience in a comparable position
