Only candidates who are university degree holder in business management or engineering may apply. Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC in a similar environment is required. Should possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Should be a strategic thinker and result oriented personality with good team playing spirit.
Job Description:
> Liaison between executive office and key business contacts.
> Maintain a good filling system for the executive office.
> Dealing with meetings and travel schedules as well as incoming and outgoing correspondences.
> Preparing and filing minutes of the executive meetings.
> Coordination of periodic reports to supplier.
> Assisting in developing organizational policies,procedures and internal controls.
> Contributing in developing a corporate culture, quality and professional ethics.
> Acting as the ‘confidential’ member of the executive office.
> Developing presentation using Power Point and other related software.
> Other similar duties as assigned.
