RESOURCES MANAGER
Ideal candidate will be a graduate engineer with at least 10 years of broad experience in similar position; having high degree of management and leadership capability; self-starter, capable of taking on a series of challenges and seeing them through to a successful conclusion.
• The candidate will manage the resources department comprise of Human Resources including Manpower Training, Plant, Machinery & Vehicles, Procurement and the Warehouse.
• Direct the company wide training and development activities.
• Oversee and control the plant machinery lid vehicle group including the vehicles & heavy equipment workshop ensuring cost effective and efficient service.
• Oversee and control the purchasing department together with the warehouse operations. Ensure availability of resources throughout the project(s) duration and ensure optimum utilization of equipment & manpower, minimizing stand-by time.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets annually.
