Description:
* To supervise the work of the design team to meet the international standers of the building codes and regulations, the quality of the design document production, the process of the work load, and to revise all the final drawings and details.
* Develops and prepares competitive Architectural Design (Concept, Development Stage and Detailed) by applying design expertise for various prospective and existing clients to further enhance market image and leadership
* Leads the proper coordination and supervision of design efforts of all Design Studios applying the highest standard of quality control.
* Coordinates and monitors the timely production and documentation of all contract architectural drawings ensuring compliance to applicable standards, state regulations and requirements of the client (s).
* Oversees and reviews all architectural drawings, including specifications and presentation materials, prior to submission to government departments and client (s).
* Supervises and coordinates with other Senior Architects to ensure seamless and coordinated efforts of Architectural Department including Renderers / Graphic Designers and Model Makers.
