Job Description:
To provide overall leadership and direction to direct reports responsible for the production, logistics, warehouse/inventory, purchasing, application engineering, product development and implements strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement.
Duties and responsibilities: Will be in charge for the complete operational procedures related to production, designing, manpower, warehouse management, purchasing and logistics.
Optimizes and implements process efficiency and ensure quality standards as per the company policy and procedures.
Resolves technical issues of the customer and provide effective optimal solutions.
Participates in the improvement and development of policies and procedures of the department.
Plan and supervise work and manpower allocation and training for the personnel as required.
Evaluation of performance levels and achieving of productivity.
Forecasting and planning of annual budgets for the production department.
Profile:
Must be a team leader with proven ability to lead and grow the production, warehousing/logistics and engineering team.
Ability to exercise good judgment in stressful and/or ambiguous situations with excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
The desired candidate should be a qualified Electrical Engineer with sound technical know-how and previous experience in the lighting industry.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
