Talent Development Counselor and Instructor
Principal responsibilities:
To develop and execute talent development projects designed mainly To for young persons moving r, 11 educator into employment within the GII's areas of competency.
Duties will involve designing programmes, selection of applicants, delivery of soft skills training to supplement the GII core qualifications career counseling , OJT (On job training) placements and generating employment opportunities for graduates.
The right candidate must possess the following competencies:
* Holder of a relevant university degree or professional diploma with Proven experience in managing and coordinating project of this nature.
Above all, the candidate must demonstrate initiative and
motivation and ability to work Independently and meet targets
Remuneration will be based on salary plus performance bonuses.
