JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Network setup, operate and monitor.�
> System and Hardware setup and preparation�
> Cisco Router configuration 800 series, 2800 series, 1800 Series.�
> Providing solutions for implementing or improving of connectivity with regional branches.
> Setup, install and test software, application, utilities and systems.�
> Support user's technical problems and give them with solutions.�
> Analyze any technical changes and enhancement that would raise user's performance.�
> Inform users with any technical modification on system and any additional requirements to operate and run.�
> Maintain technical documents problems related to machines & systems and update them.�
> Network maintenance & following up maintenance requests.�
> Prepare general lists related to periodic preventive maintenance.�
> Network Cabinet handling and maintenance.
> Convey problems to vendor and follow up.�
> Tasks logging in Helpdesk system.
