Job Description | Responsible to: Country Manager Principal contacts: Middle East customers, , Far East & Asia /Pacific, , UK Service Team & UK Finance Team. Core purpose: To support the Country Manager in achievement of the budgeted profit and growth objectives for the Inflight business by effectively managing all Administrative Service’s. Ensuring a First Class Standard of market leading service quality to all Middle East Customers including all publishers. Overall accountability for all Administrative services and facilities within Middle East Territory All Admin processes consistently perform effectively and efficiently, delivering First Class Customer Service. Directly manage the Administration of the l Office. Performance managed, with clearly defined measurable objectives, focused on results and service delivery. Which includes preparing all Month End Financial detail to be sent to HQ. Effectively manage and Administer the Operating System NAVISION. Manages all aspects of the company operating system as laid down by HQ. Credit Control. Ensure all accounts are managed within their agreed credit period , reporting monthly on position Customer Liaison AS Office manager you will be responsible for managing the communication both incoming and out going with all clients Close Liaison with the Head Work closely with in ensuring clear, timely communication and responsive to advice , information issues. |
