JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
*Post Graduate in Hospitality management.
*15-20 years of experience in Hospitality and Leisure industry.
*Should have vast experience in expansions and preparation of business and strategic plans.
Job Duties:
Expansions, operators contracts, new entities set-up, preopening and J.Vs etc. Providing commercial due diligence, operational reviews, independent business reviews, strategic advice, and evaluating rebranding/positioning opportunities in the Hospitality Sector.
Prepares and implement concept plans for new hotel developments, the strategies and opening procedures for resorts and hotels, operational reviews and general management of a wide range of leisure facilities.
Perform analysis of company operations, management systems, sales and marketing techniques and product re-positioning.
