GENERAL MANAGER (Real Estate) 

The Job: 

The position wit head a newly incorporated Real Estate company as a profit center focused on identifying locations and constructing housing units targeted at the low- and middle-income customer segment throughout Saudi Arabia.

The incumbent will be expected to do extensive research to identify prospective locations and acquire an in depth understanding of the country’s demographics, development trends, migration of the population based on potential job opportunities, upcoming Government projects such as the Economic cities, etc., to assess, explore and exploit market potential.

He must be able to translate his findings into the design of suitably configured housing units that would be aesthetic, affordable, economical and functional and create a strong pull from the target customer segment. 


The Incumbent: 


A person with around 10 years experience in the real estate business development in the CCC of which at least
5 years should have been in Saudi Arabia with a proven track record and in-depth knowledge of the local real 
estate market potential. 


Qualifications, Skills & Competencies: 


• Graduate in Civil Engineering! Architecture from a reputed University with 15-20 years overall experience. 

• Sound technical knowledge with ability to staff, motivate and direct a highly creative technical team; with effective decision making and problem solving skills,

• High ethical standards; excellent communication, leadership and hands-on proactive business skills to set-up operations from inception to a successful growth oriented profitable enterprise. 

• Innovative and inventive in creating a unique market pull that can quickly translate opportunities into profitable and sought after business models.. 

• Marketing strategist with strong customer relations skills and sound knowledge of the relevant government regulations and safety standards. 

• Financial skills to provide inputs to develop operating and capital budgets, financial models, analyze financial statements and resource planning. 

• Computer literate in MS Office and relevant engineering / architectural software. 

Package: 
The position reports to CEO and commands an attractive package with profit sharing incentives
