Control & supervise Electronics, Home Appliances and Air-conditioning Service and Spare Parts operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air-conditioning or Electronics).
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing service center (s).
• Experience in spare parts inventory management, systems and procedures.
• Strong commitment towards customer service and history of successfully meeting set benchmarks of various customer service parameters
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of computers will be an added advantage.
