A retail chain in Bahrain is looking for a talented Retail Manager to lead their operations and sales team at their specialty retail outlets in Bahrain.

> Work experience of minimum five years in a retail environment in a senior position is needed.
> Need good communication skills in English.
> Applicants with experience in the GCC will be preferred.
> Running the stores to meet the company’s targets and policies.
> Conduct special promotions, displays and events.
> Make sure that quality and customer service standards are met.
> Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
> Manage inventory levels and taking key decisions about inventory control.
> Promote the organization locally by co operating with local schools, newspapers and the community in general.
