Applications are invited for the post of MANAGING DIRECTOR
DUTIES:
The Managing Director will develop his own strategy which may include reorganizing the existing business and developing a plan for regional expansion.
Define and maintain short term, medium and long term strategy development for the business
Implement the sales management tools necessary to drive the business forward
In addition to an existing network of contacts the candidate should have the vision and drive to lead a business.
Promote agency’s services
Reporting to the head office on a monthly basis
Managing the teams of salespeople and researchers, goal-setting and the overall structure.
Set up clear targets at different level of the organization (Business, teams and individuals)
Coach and train staff members
Promote Executive Search and Headhunting services to large organization based within the region
Conduct risk assessments and monitor on-going risks
Manage proposal development, presentation and contracts negotiation
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' work experience at managerial level in an Executive Search firm / HR consultancy
Previous responsibilities for growing an existing organization of minimum 10 employees with a focus on business development and sales
An operational manager with strong leadership skills already having held P&L responsibility
English must be fluent to the level of a native speaker of equivalent education
Commercial / Business Development driven manager you should clearly demonstrable excellent sales management track-record
Ability to guide and manage individuals and teams effectively in a very fast paced sales environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Additional languages, notably Arabic, would be useful but not essential
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take responsibility for a project or company
