Job description
As an important member of sales team, you should be responsible for formulate and strategizing the channel plans for Network Infrastructure, Security, Storage and Server to drive the success in this area and achieve business goals (Key Channel Objectives and Sales targets)
As a key procedure of channel sales, you should have excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills; be capable of quickly developing an excellent knowledge base of each partner’s business, organization, objectives and challenges, and recruit the right partners to improve the performance and build good relationship with partner team
For continuous sales and quickly products delivery, you should follow up prospects system including orders and sales forecasts and perform quota achievement and Inventory Management with partners
Act as the key liaison point between Channel Partners and Huawei-Symantec, you should understand the Business Unit key issues and business drivers; and to help them understand channel situation and competitive activities, track progress of strategic channel business plan against goals and activities; Meanwhile, you should have great adaptive problem solving skills and be able to articulate the pain points experienced by partners and increase their satisfaction
In order to enlarging the channel coverage, you should be responsible for making the channel marketing plan and organize the business unit to implement the marketing activities with partners
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Business or comparable field
Demonstrated experience in selling IT solutions into commercial markets
IT sales experience in either Vendors, IT System integrator or Distribution Services is highly desirable
Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
5(+) years of proven channel sales and/or account management track-record
Proactive, commercially astute and independent professional
Track record of success in high value network infrastructure and storage sales
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation, self motivated, work under pressure, team player, and organization skills
Enable to travel in Middle East and North Africa countries for business development.
