Job Description
Industrial Relations Specialist, Bahrain
Our client, a prestigious diversified business group is looking for an Industrial Relations Specialist to join its dynamic team in Bahrain. The position holder will be part of the management team, reporting to Manager of Human Resources, and will be directly responsible for supporting all the management of all Industrial Relations related issues for the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Establish good relations with the labour union.
• Work as a specialist to advice management on different areas of union-management.
• Serve as a communications bridge between companys employees and its management.
• Establish mechanisms to develop good working relations between the management and labour union.
• Work as an advisor on labour law and ensure that labour law is being strictly followed by the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Degree in a related discipline, such as Human Resources, Law or allied field. Postgraduate qualification in related field will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Union affairs in a large business group in the GCC.
