Job description
1. The ideal candidate should be well-trained to hold his own in the battlefield of fundamental Office Automation & IT technology and be able to identify new business opportunities and develop the same into business propositions.
2. Experience with IT Hardware and Software solutions is a prerequisite in view of the company’s involvement in this sector.
3. The skill would lie in developing personal relationships with customers and not someone who is content with just telling the team to make their way ahead.
4. The candidate would also be expected to have qualities that would enable him perform overall general management responsibilities that cover areas such as Information Systems, HRD, Finance, Quality Systems and others.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
Most importantly, the candidate must be a long-term player. Experience in GCC countries will be an added advantage. Should have at least 10 years sales & marketing experience including 5 years as a business head with a MNC or a good Indian Company in the Office Automation & IT sector.
