Location : Abu Dhabi
Industry: Oil&Gas, Govt Responsible for coordinating and planning users requests to develop contracts and service workorders for jobs of various nature and disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, instrument, civil, catering, offi ce services, etc from prequalifi cation stage through tendering, evaluation to conclusion of contracts.
This position is also responsible for the review and coordination of Change Of Orders and resolving claims to achieve contracting process results in a fair and reasonable price for a high quality on time deliverable.
This requires high technical knowledge and diversifi ed capabilities in contract management, cost effectiviness legal/economical aspects, and negotiation skills.
It also requires high coordination and communication with end users, contracts Division and Legal Department.
Minimum Qualifi cation: B.SC. degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience, preferably in Oil & Gas fi eld, with minimum 5 years experience in contracts.
The Candidate shall have the background of Maintenance activities (Thorough in the scope of works related to Oil & Gas
Industry). Good command of English Language, with emphasis to legal terms / wording. Bachelors in Chemical Engineer or any
other related engineering.
