Job Description : Vice President of Project Finance, Saudi Arabia


Our client, a joint stock Middle East based bank is looking for a Vice President of Project Finance to join its dynamic team in Riyadh. 



Responsibilities:


• Evaluate and monitor non-resource/limited resource project and asset-backed finance.
• Undertake thorough financial analysis and complete risk assessment.
• As part of a team, execute project finance advisory mandates.
• Manage deals from origination to financial close.



Requirements:


• At least 5-7 years non-resource/limited resource project finance experience and must have executed at least 5 large deals as team leader or without supervision in energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Must have undertaken at least 2 to 4 deals as financial advisor, with some asset-backed experience.
• Experience of developing and vetting financial models.
• Must have MBA in finance, ideally CFA/ACCA/CPA.
