A prestigious Middle East based bank is looking for an Alliance Research and Development Manager to join their dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate has to implement the strategies and plans to achieve transaction volumes, revenue, profit and cost savings targets for the e-Services unit.
Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively support in meeting target budgets through new alliances and partnerships.
• Create marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer penetration, acquisition and retention.
• Perform periodic research to ensure that customer feedback and superiority over competition are embedded into product development cycle.
• Capitalize on relations with existing and new partners to introduce profitable and cost saving eServices.
• Drive product strategy through ongoing research of customer trends and market demands.
Qualification Requirements:
• At least seven years of similar experience in the financial self-service / banking industry in the GCC.
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.• Fluency in English as well as Arabic.
