A prestigious group in Bahrain is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their expanding team. The individual will be responsible for a number of administrative duties and has to work independently, acting as the Vice Chairman’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answering telephone calls, request and handling enquiries when appropriate and liaise with staff, clients, suppliers and visitors at all levels of seniority.
• Read and analyze incoming memos in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.�
• Taking dictation and writing minutes to meetings as well as managing a budget as and when required.�
• Conduct background research, prepare reports on findings as well as devise and maintain office systems, including data management, filing etc.�
• Arrange for travel and accommodation, occasional traveling with the manager to take notes at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations.�
Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum work experience of three years in a similar capacity in a multinational organization in the GCC.
• High literacy level and possession of expert writing skills.�• Must be male, currently located in Bahrain and should be fluent in Arabic.
