NATIONAL PRODUCT SALES MANAGER - VRV
The Role :
• Reporting to the General Manager. Will lead the VRV Air-conditioners sales across the Kingdom and ensure effective implementation of the company policies, and procedures.
• Lead the VRV Sales Team and proactively plan and act to meet short term and long term targets. Key role in an ambitious growth program of the company.
The Qualifications:
• Preferably a Bachelors in Engineering. A minimum of 10 years managerial experience in Air-conditioners sales function including VRV. Experience on chillers will be an extra advantage. Preferably have experience and knowledge of working in SAP SD module.
• Decision making at strategic and operational levels, well-developed leadership skills, strong communication skills, and ability to operate effectively at all levels within the business. Adaptable and able to manage change. Fluency in English.
