Job Description
• Diagnose, modify, test, and correct system hardware, software, and isolate user problems.
• Assist user to resolve computer-related problems, such as inoperative hardware and software systems.
• Develop implementation and service support strategies for hardware application and infrastructure services in all levels of the authority systems.
• Responsible for supporting, centralized antivirus, SPAM applications, Manage new users ID with documentation and daily data backup system.
• Answer user's inquiries in person, email & via telephone concerning systems operation.
• Install or assist in installation of hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user's premises, following design or installation specifications.
• Blackberry administration for messaging environment and Blackberry Enterprise Server .Coordinate and work closely with Blackberry end-users and support Blackberry server administration issues, resolve technical system problems, and ensure a safe messaging environment.
• Provides advanced complex hardware & software IP PHONE support for Cisco
• Assists with server installation, configuration and Network equipments.
• Tracks and manages computer assets.
• Transporting and installing new equipment.
• Manage parts or inventory used on the job.
• Establish work priorities and evaluate time requirements to maximize productivity.
• Follow established standards and procedures.
• Document modifications for software and hardware.
• Load specified software packages, such as operating systems, ms applications etc.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 3 Years of experience in HelpDesk and User Support.
Creative and able to plan and work independently
Excellent English Language skills.
Supervise workplace activities.
